"I had a delightful day in our provincial capital, the City of Victoria on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, with chatliner Laxmi Parasuram of SI Calcutta and her husband Ambi, on their Golden Wedding Anniversary tour.

"We spent the morning in beautiful world-famous Butchart Gardens, now 101 years old, and formerly a quarry. The sun burst forth just as we arrived at the viewpoint!"
