"My trip to Japan was an outstanding and interesting one.   A very different culture in all aspects.

"My friend Yasuko Shingai prepared a wonderful visit plan.   I have seen a lot and met many wonderful people.   One of the highlights of my trip was the Welcome Meeting arranged for me with members of SI Suruga club.

"It took place in a very nice hotel which belongs to one of the Suruga club members Ms Masayo Yasuda.

"Entering the meeting room I was stunned !   The room and table were so very beautifully arranged.

"I had written my greetings before I left and sent it to my friend Yasuko, and she translated it to Japanese as they don't speak English.   I brought with me the Israeli Union pins and flag, and presented it to the president of the club Ms Yoko Suzawa, to the IGU Ms Tatsuko Kurihara , and to my friend Yasuko Shingai (a wonderful hostess).

"The club members prepared songs, music, dances, and a really special meal.

"The meeting was so warm and moving as was all my visit to Japan.   The two photos shown here were taken by the hotel owner's son.

"I highly recommend a visit to Japan, a very interesting country."
