Tes Choa (SI Makati, Philippines) was encouraged by Susan Joyce to send photographs taken at the Chartering Ceremony of a new Club in Colombia.
Tes joined the Chatline shortly after it was started, but we have not seen her on the Chatline during recent years. However, she has been busy with Soroptimist activities as President-Elect of SI/A.
