GRIFFITH'S FESTIVAL OF THE GARDENS |
Esther explains further "Griffith is a large town in my Region of Riverina and they hold this Festival every year. The sculptures are magnificient !
Esther sent more photos of orange sculptures:
More than 100,000 oranges (and the odd grapefruit for contrast!) have been carefully and creatively put together over huge wire framed shapes for the annual Citrus Sculptures project.
What an amazing variety of vitamin-C-rich creations have been made! Horse drawn carriages, giant cars, books, native animals and birds.
Fifty bright orange sculptures will have heads turning along Banna Avenue for next couple of weeks during Griffith's Festival of the Gardens.
And no orange goes to waste - they all get juiced at the end of the festival!
